Abby one thing we know for sure and that is that love will never die and you will always have your Father's love for he is with Jesus and Jesus is with you...and therefore you know he is present with you.
Look for him in the beauty of a day, the things he taught you, the love he had and has for you and see his smile, hear his laughter and tell him you love him as he still loves you.
Get him a Christmas present by sharing your beautiful smile with someone that does not have one or sharing a gift with someone that would otherwise not get a gift.
Tell him to give Mama, Mikayla, Clarissa, Olga and my dad a big hug and hello from me too.
Remember he not just your daddy... he is also your neighbor who is lives in your heart ... like the Aunt Lila says... hey neighbor.

El Nino de Atocha

Daniel prayed this prayer everyday.. His faith was truly with God as he found comfort in the power of prayer. He prayed to many saints, The Virgin Mary, Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and especially to El Nino de Atocha. I never knew the story behind this miraculous Holy Child but I'll never forget the day Danny (in tears) told it to me. He encouraged me to seek comfort in this prayer. He explained to me that he felt a deep connection with this Holy Child and the Lord. He always wore a pink and white scapular of El Nino de Atocha as a way of keeping him close to his heart. Now, I read this prayer everyday...

You are the powerful Saviour of all people, protector of the invalid and almighty doctor of the infirm. Holy Infant, we honor you and pray to you.
