Eternal rest grant unto them,

O Lord

Lord Jesus,

lovingly welcome into Your

presence my deceased family,

relatives and friends who have

completed their journey on this

earth, and have gone to their rest

in the hope of rejoicing

with You forever in heaven.

 

Source of all life and love,

in Your infinite mercy,

look favorably upon their goodness,

and forgive any sins they may have

committed, so they may enjoy

for all eternity the great rewards

You have promised to those who

     O GENTLEST Heart of Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the poor captive souls in Purgatory, have mercy on the soul of Thy departed servant.  Be not severe in Thy judgment but let some drops of Thy precious blood fall upon the devouring flames, and do Thou O merciful Saviour send Thy angels to conduct Thy departed servant to a place of refreshment, light and peace. Amen

     May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Seems the hardest thing of all.

Today we went to Laredo.(Dr. visit). It was a very long day. On our way back, I kept seeing all those cars going by. What was it that I kept looking for? It was you, Danny. I kept looking at all the cars and trucks that went by. Hoping to see someone, anyone that resembled you. Especially the drivers with caps on. But I never did. I keep looking for you. Everywhere I go. I just want to see you one more time. Hear your voice again for one last time. How I  wish you could come to me in my dreams. But you don't. I miss you so much. I pray day and night for you. I need you. Please, God, let me see him one more time......... even if it's just in my dreams for one last time....

Sorry, I Never told you, all I wanted to say

I will never say goodbye to you my Father
cause I know this is not the end for us to see each other.
You will only be going to a place where there’s no pain nor suffering.
I am happy for you, for you will be with God.
For now we need to go in separate ways.
I remember how your arms hold me and give me strength.
You were always there to listen, love, and defend me in everything.
You were my very best friend.
In my triumphs you were always proud.
I’m very grateful and proud to call you MY DAD.

A prayer which would release 1000 souls

from Purgatory each time it is said.

 

Our Lord, You told St. Gertrude the GREAT that the following prayer would release 1000 souls from Purgatory each time it is said. The prayer was extended to include living sinners as well:

"Eternal Father, I offer You

the most precious blood of Your

Divine Son, Jesus, in union

with the Masses said throughout

the world today, for all the

Holy Souls in Purgatory,

for sinners everywhere, for

sinners in the universal church,

those in my own home and

within my family. Amen."

You're still here in my heart and mind,
still making me laugh cause your stories live on.
I hold you in a thought and I can feel you.
I feel you and this gives me strength and courage.
The tears I have cried for you could flood the earth
and I know you have wiped each one away.
For you BROTHER, I promise you this;
I will go on with my life and make you proud.

I will always hold you in my heart.
I promise you I will be missing you everyday till the end of time,
but this is not my end and I can't hold my head underwater....

I need to breathe. I need to love and miss you,

Prayer to El Santo Nino De Atocha

O Miraculous Infant of Atocha!

Cast Thy merciful look upon my troubled heart, so inclined to pity. Be softened by my prayer, and grant me these favors which I ardently implore of Thee.

Take from me all affliction and despair, all trials and misfortunes with which I am laden. For Thy Sacred Infancy’s sake, send me now the consolation and aid and grace that I may praise Thee with the Father and Holy Ghost, forever and ever. Amen

O Divine Child of Atocha, hear my prayer and grant my petition.

God saw you tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered "come to me" with tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pas away and though we love you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands were put  to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us...He only takes the best. "

We ask that you continue to pray for the repose of his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Lord, increase the faith of your people and listen to our prayers.

God our Father, you always work to save us, and now we rejoice in the great love

you give to your chosen people.

Protect all who are about to become your children, and continue to bless those who

are already baptized. Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives

and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
